Making planks can bring great profits to you too. There are three distinct ways to make planks. The first one is to run them on foot from the east Varrock bank to the Sawmill and back. You could also choose to teleport back to Varrock and walk the short way to the bank. In addition to doing this by foot, you can also send your servants to make some planks.
The second way to make planks is to use Air Balloons. This requires the completion of the quest Enlightened Journey and the unlocking of the Varrock Hot Air Balloon. To start out, you will wear as little as you can, preferably weight reducing items. Also wear a Ring of Duelling for teleportation. You can only take up to 40 kg of items onto the balloon at once, so you need to take 1 Willow Log, 19 Oak Logs, and one tinderbox. Each log weighs 2 kg, so weight reducing items would allow you to make planks faster. Start out at Castle Wars and run to the north-east. Take the balloon to Varrock and run the short distance to the Sawmill. Use the Ring of Duelling to teleport back to Castle Wars to bank. Repeat this as much as needed.

Cheap Ways to Make Runescape Money
I found ways to make tons of money with little effort. Here are some you may find useful.
Way 1: It seems everyone wants to do the Dragon Slayer quest as early as possible. However, if you have a crafting level of 25, there's a way to make a huge profit. First get some clay and a bucket, make as many unfired bowls as you can, then sell them at the g.e. for market price. They sell like hotcakes and you usually walk away with more money than you intended to get, so it's a great way to make tons of money and level up your crafting.
Way 2: We all know gold ore sells at a very high price. But instead of wasting your time leveling up your mining to level 50, why not get a level 30 in magic and STEAL the ore? The bank near the G.E. has an underground area the has a gate in front of it. Get some Law runes and Air runes and go steal the gold ore that's just laying around? It cost some for the Law runes required, but it makes a profit to you.
Way 3: Monk robes are very popular, especially the tops. If you have a level 32 in prayer, go to the monastary near the barbarian village and go upstairs. There you will see a set of monk robes laying on a table. Collect as many as you can carry and sell them at the G.E. You make a huge profit of at least 5000Rs Gold for ten of them.
Note* There three ways are all available for non mems, as I am a non mem. They may take some time to work and it's a lot of walking, but the profit these metheods turn out is amazing. I recommend these ideas if you're not a member and are looking to make a great sum of money. Happy hunting!

F2P 2M-10M Method: Limpwurt Roots
Background
For all you F2P players out there, here is a great way to make 240K per hour! Recently a surface dungeon came out in Edgeville that has a lot of giants and also, a lot of Limpwurt root spawns. This caused the price of Limpwurt Roots to crash, but now the roots have stabilized in price. To access this surface dungeon in order to make 240K per hour, the only level requirement is level 20 dungeoneering!
Methodology
You will be needing a brass key, law and fire runes (around 100 of each), and an air staff. Start off at Varrock with these items in your inventory. Have the Air Staff equipped. Go to the location indicated by the Red Arrow (picture below).
You will arrive to a small building with a locked door. Click on the locked door and it will unlock because you have a brass key. There is a ladder in the room. Climb down the ladder and you will be in a room full of giants. Just run south until you reach a the gate for a dungeoneering surface dungeon.
Once you are in this dungeoneering surface dungeon, you will notice on your compass map that there are 4 limpwurt root spawns in the room
All you have to do is go around the room collecting the Limpwurt roots.
Each root is worth approximately 1000 Rs Money . So how does this come out to 240k per hour? Let's calculate the profits!
Profit Calculation
It takes 20 seconds to go around the room collecting the 4 Limpwurt Roots. It takes 30 seconds for the roots to respawn. The left over 10 seconds that accumulates every minute serve to make up for the banking time. So you get 4 limpwurt roots per minute, or 240 Limpwurt Roots per hour (4 roots x 60 mins).
If each root is worth 1000 gp, how much can you earn per hour?
Roots Collected per Hour x Value of Each Root = Profit Per Hour
240 x 1000 = 240,000 GP PER HOUR!!
So there you have it folks, a method to make 240K Per Hour on an F2P world! Doing this for a few days will easily get you to 10M GP!

Where to Find Kebbits Caught with Deadfall Traps
Wild Kebbit – The Wild Kebbit is located in the Woodland Hunting Area near the Piscatoris Fishing Colony. See the screenshot below for a more precise location. You need a Hunter Level of 23 or higher to hunt this kebbit, and you'll receive 128 hunting experience for a successful trap. In addition to bones, the Wild Kebbit drops kebbit claws, which can be used to make spiky vambraces.
Barb-tailed Kebbit – This kebbit can be found in the Jungle Hunting area south of Feldip Hills. You can start hunting it with a Hunter Level of 33, and trapping one will yield 168 hunting experience. The Barb-tailed kebbit drops a barb-tail harpoon, which may not be that great of a weapon, but it can be used to harpoon fish if you have a high enough Fishing Level. One advantage of using this harpoon for fishing is that it is equipable so wielding it will free up an all-important inventory slot.
Prickly Kebbit – Like the Wild Kebbit, the Prickly Kebbit is located in the Woodland Hunting area. You'll need a Hunter Level of 37 to trap this kebbit, and catching one will grant you 204 experience. This is one kebbit that you can make some pretty sound money with since it drops kebbit spikes which can be fletched into kebbit bolts with a chisel if you have a Fletching Level of 32 or higher. Each spike will yield 6 bolts, and the bolts can be sold for about 40 Rs Money at the Grand Exchange in Varrock. If you're able to fletch the spikes into bolts, take a chisel with you to the hunting area, and there will be no reason to make constant trips to the bank since the bolts stack in your inventory – just fletch the spikes into bolts as you catch each kebbit.
Diseased Kebbit – The Diseased Kebbit is found in the Oo'glog area and requires a Hunter Level of 44 or higher to trap. In addition, you won't be able to trap this kebbit until you've reached a certain point in the As a First Resort quest. When you do trap one, you'll gain 200 experience and the creature will drop some diseased kebbit fur. This fur can be used to make a Davy Kebbit hat, which is useful in the All Fired Up mini-game. Because of their usefulness, these hats sell for around 700 gp on the Grand Exchange.
Sabre-toothed Kebbit – This kebbit can be hunted and trapped in the Snow Hunting Area north of Rellekka. You'll need a Hunter Level of 51 or higher to trap the Sabre-toothed Kebbit, and a successful capture will yield 200 experience. In addition to bones, these kebbits drop Kebbit teeth, which can be ground into Kebbit teeth dust and used to make Hunting potions. Kebbit teeth dust sells for about 600 gp on the Grand Exchange.

Runescape Hunting ---Deadfall Trapping
Once you’ve gained a few hunting levels in Runescape, you may want to try deadfall trapping. With this hunting method, you set deadfall traps to catch different types of kebbits. If you concentrate on the right ones, you can make a lot of Rs Money fast. This guide will explain how.
Deadfall Trapping
To get started with deadfall trapping in Runescape, you’ll need the following supplies, all of which are fairly easy to obtain.
• Knife – You’ll need to have a knife in your inventory in order to cut the logs used in setting up the deadfall trap.
• Logs – While you can take logs with you to the hunting area, it’s usually best to just take a hatchet and chop down trees in the area when needed.
• Hatchet – Rather than carry a whole bunch of logs, take a hatchet to the hunting area instead. Then you can cut down trees whenever you need logs to use in building the deadfall traps.
• Lit Torch (optional) – If you have a Hunter level of 39 or higher, you can use a lit torch to smoke the trap. Although this will increase your chances of trapping a kebbit, it’s not necessary.
You need a Hunter Level of 23 or higher to use this hunting method. Lower level hunters can still track other types of kebbits using a noose wand. However, if you’re just beginning to train the Hunter skill, you may want to try to get a few quick and easy early levels by playing the Vinesweeper minigame.

Travel to the hunting area where the kebbits you want to hunt are located. Look for a long, somewhat flat boulder. This object will have a “Set-trap boulder” option.
With a knife and logs in your inventory, click on the boulder to set the trap.
Now, wait for a kebbit to trigger the deadfall trap and get crushed by the boulder. It’s possible for a kebbit to trigger the trap without getting caught. If that happens, just start over and set a new trap. When you do manage to catch a kebbit, check the boulder and get any loot left behind by the creature.
All kebbits that are caught using the deadfall trap method of hunting will drop bones along with some other Rs Items .

Member Training
This Rs guide will give insight to one good skill you can use to build up money fast. You will need to obtain the required level before trying to use the skill for Rs Money ; however, that should not take long as the level isn't too high to start making money. You may also choose to use different items for experience bonuses. The skill is hunting .
Hunter Member Training
The most profitable way to build up money on Runescape 2 is to hunt. There are two great "monsters", if that is what the little things are. They are Red Chinchompas and Dragon Implings. Each one could make you anywhere from 200k to 3000k per day.
For Red Chinchompas, you need to have level 63 hunting. The place to hunt them is straight south of Yanille, the city which is east of the Castle Wars mini-game. Walk south from Yanille's east entrance and you will go through a narrow path and into a forest area. Keep walking south and you will come to Red Chinchompas. Make sure to bring about 3-5 traps, depending on your level, and you may want to bring some more, in-case some end up disapearing. Don't worry about having space for Red Chins. They stack up on each other the same way as arrows do, so all you need is one space in your inventory open to build up Runescape Money ! Usually, you can catch anywhere from 100-200 chins per hour, but this all depends on your level, the number of traps you have, and how well you pay attention. Each Red Chinchompa caught will earn you around 740 gb each.

You will need to head over and play the Impetuos Impulse mini-game, which is located in Zanaris. You can use a regular net or a magic net to catch them, and you will need to put them into implying jars. They respawn about 1 every hour, which makes them sort of difficult to catch them fast. You will need to have a good amount of patience to do this often; however, you will definitely become rich fast!
